Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, I kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your sound bowl session. • Cancellations with 12+ hours’ notice – You may reschedule your session or receive a full refund. • Cancellations within 12 hours of the session – A cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost will apply. • No-shows – The full session fee will be charged. To cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible via cell phone 021 1134 798. Thank you for your understanding and support!
