This workshop will support you and your ECE setting to implement a robust professional growth cycle that will empower the diversity of your kaiako, from unqualified and provisionally certified kaiako, right through to your fully certified and professional leaders.
We will cover, in depth the following areas:
The understanding and concept of growth over time and how growth will look different for different learners
Required elements of a PGC for kaiako and a PGC for Professional Leaders
Naturally occurring and living evidence
Diverse formats/templates to cater to diverse learning and communication styles
